Oatmeal: Try taking a bath with oatmeal in it to give
some relief to your itching. In addition to taking these soothing baths,
you should also avoid taking very hot baths and showers in the winter.
Although it may feel good if you've been out in the cold, it will only
dry out your skin more. Instead, use warm water and try not to stay in
the bath or the shower for too long.
