is a particularly pleasurable experience. Most people will be surprised
at the amount of tension they hold here, particularly around the jaw.
*** Massage don'ts ***
The throat is another vulnerable area of the body. Although the sides and back of the neck can be massaged, avoid working directly across the throat itself.
The face is naturally more oily than the other parts of the body. Unless the receiver has particularly dry skin, you will not need to add extra oil at this stage.

Step by Step tutorial for Facial Massage
Step #1
From the top: Place tips of 3 fingers in the middle of the forehead, slide down toward the temples. Repeat 3-5 times with slight pressure.
Step #2
Place fingers above the beginning of the eyebrows, slide toward the temples. Repeat 3-5 times with slight pressure.
Step #3
Slide index fingers to the corner of the lips, pull up. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
Step #4
Use tips of the index fingers, start from the chin, move up, end below the cheek bones. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
Step #5
Begin from chin, rub your palms against your cheek bones, and jaw lines, toward your temples and ears. Repeat 3-5 times.
Step #6
Right below the cheekbones. Lightly press upward, hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
